Job description: 1.Run telephone switchboard and transfer in & out calls 2.Responsible for receiving/transferring visitors and meeting room reservation 3.Run / assist mails or documents distribution; distribute city courier 4.Manage/assist RE&FM office equipment and facilities 5.Book hotline service requirement and complaints, and handing daily/minor issues within responsibilities 6.Manage/assist door access system, including card issue and cancellation 7.Assist circulating and filing RE&FM documents 8.Responsible for Monthly Expenses Report data 9.Assist to select master supplier list for daily operation 10.Communication with landlord and building management for service improvement 11.To help RE&FM special assignments Requirement: 1. Junior college or higher 2. 2 years working in administration area is preferred. 3. Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Good command of English and Chinese. 4. Fully dedication and excellent communication skill. 5.
