职位描述及要求
主要职责Key Responsibility:

　　设计发动机零部件，即通过材料、结构、尺寸公差等的选取对零部件进行设计（包括可靠性设计） Design engine parts & components ---- Design parts by selection of material， structure， dimensional tolerance etc.， including reliability design.

　　编制设计技术文件，校对设计图纸 Compile technical file and checking the drawing.

　　制订公司技术标准 Compile company product engineering standard. 　

　　进行产品设计更改和改进 Perform product design change and improvement.

　　负责康明斯零部件国产化过程中的技术牵头，包括参与供应商选取及其技术支持，按照康明斯相关标准组织进行设计验证和货源鉴定，并最终进行工程判断 To be Responsible for the technical activity of components localization， including the supplier selection and technical support， organize the DVP&R and source approval per Cummins standard for the localizing parts， until its unrestricted production.

　　根据各种客户输入文件和法规，按照质量体系的工作流程，进行发动机零部件、子系统、动力包的导入、设计、评审和验证Introduce， design， review and verify engine component， sub-system and power train using quality system based on customer’s input or law

　　进行以结构开发为主的新机型设计、试制及试生产推进、生产准备及提出技术条件要求Design new engine model leading with structure development， trial-manufacture and production pushing， and propose the technical requirement.

　　负责康明斯图纸及工程标准的发布和技术解释 Release Cummins’ drawing and engineering standard， explain and dealing with related technical issue.

　　制订发动机装配技术规范，协助产品工程师解决加工和装配、试验、油漆过程中的技术问题Edit the engine build specification. To help product engineers to solve the issues of machining， assembly， test and paint.





要求Critical Competence：

　　大学本科学历 Bachelor degree

　　良好的中英文表达能力Good command of both Chinese and English.

　　2年以上汽车行业工作经验 Above 2 years experience of related work in automobile industry

　　优秀的沟通能力Excellent communication ability

　　解决问题和冲突的能力 Ability on problem and conflict solving

　　机械、材料、结构、机械制图知识和数据分析技能 Skill of mechanical， material， structural knowledge， drafting and data analysis

　　计算机辅助设计软件运用skillful for Computer Aided Design software 　　发动机构造及原理知识 Engine architecture and fundamental knowledge
